The stat failed and they got lucky so the negatives were removed entirely and all the positives were kept ^^

    Adding original element
    Minimum Potential: 50
    Step 1: add hpRec-7%, dodge-7 (134pot left)
    Step 2: add element, stat+7%, atk+7%, crit+13 (-29=80%)
    *crit+12=-28=81%
    *crit+11=-27=83%
pure luck when item fail and negative stat fail and it become removed
he probably gamble it on A90, refine, and 2s it :")

I'm confused a little bit about step details, for example with full crit:

    Minimum Potential: 47
    Step 1: add cdmg+1% (37pot left)
Step 2: add cdmg+1, modify 11 times, each time adding +1, to end with cdmg+12 (1pot left)
    Step 3: add crit+1, crit+1%, matk-7% (73pot left)
Step 6: modify crit 12 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+13 (60pot left)
Step 7: modify crit% 12 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+13% (48pot left)
    Step 8: add m.pierce-3%, cdmg+7%, cdmg+13 (-6=100%)

Why should we add crit or cdmg 1 by 1? What happens if we just add crit/cdmg +13 at once?
    Thanks!

I mentioned in an earlier post of this thread that if you add all 13 at once it costs more potential than adding it 1 at a time ^^

Thank you! You help me alot. @Vocal~

But one more question i need also to reduce the stat with pot46 of this stat. What are those possible have more chances to be success ?

    Adding non-original element
    Minimum Potential: 56
    Step 1: add hpRec-7%, def-7%, dodge-7 (182pot left)
    Step 2: add element, ele+13%, stat+13 (-48=69%)

    Thank you again ! @Vocal~

    Lastly,

What is the best stat to reduce just to get higher chances to be success in putting stat on arm?

    ele+13%, stat+13, cspd+13%
    Minimum Potential: 56
    Step 1: add stat+11 (1pot left)
    Step 2: add atk-7%, p.pierce-3%, acc-7 (145pot left)
Step 3: add cspd+1%, modify 12 times, each time adding +1, to end with cspd+13% (132pot left)
    Step 4: add ele+13%, stat+13 (-36=67%)

Is it possible to make an armor with atk 7% crit damage 7% crit damage 13? Or is it a gamble stat?

i suggest u reduce cspd since it doesnt affect u as much as the stat (this cspd only adds to ur base cspd)
if u dont add cspd, success rate is 93% with 3negs
if u dont add cspd, success rate is 100% with 4negs
    if u add cspd:

    ele+13%, stat+13, cspd+13%
    Minimum Potential: 56
    Step 1: add stat+11 (1pot left)
    Step 2: add atk-7%, p.pierce-3%, acc-7 (145pot left)
    Step 3: add cspd+1% (144pot left)
    Step 4: add ele+13%, stat+13 (-24=91%)
every 1% reduce in cspd gives about 1-2% increase in success rate

edit relooked and found a formula for higher success rate

    Minimum Potential: 37
    Step 1: add cdmg+2% (17pot left)
Step 2: add cdmg+1, modify 4 times, each time adding +1, to end with cdmg+5 (2pot left)
    Step 3: add crit+1 (1pot left)
    Step 4: add crit+1%, matk-7% (74pot left)
Step 5: modify crit 12 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+13 (62pot left)
Step 6: modify crit% 12 times, each time adding +1, to end with crit+13% (50pot left)
    Step 7: add acc-7, cdmg+7%, cdmg+13 (-7=97%)

    The armor CDmg+7% CDmg+13 Crit+13 Crit+13% with paired negatives (hprec%/mprec or def/mdef) has a slight error (typo?).
You wrote that modifying crit+1 to crit+13 in single steps makes the armor go from 73 potential to 60 potential. That is -13. You meant -12, so 61 potential. This also means after crit% is modified, the potential is 49 instead of 48, and the final negative potential is -5 instead of -6. This is still a 100% success rate (106%).
For any readers, this also means that a potential 46 armor has a 95% success rate with this stat set.

I also made a helpful formula for those who ask about success rate with different potential. It is derived from the final*230/initial+130 formula, but I don't expect most Toram players are that interested in doing the algebra for themselves... if they even want to do the calculation for themselves.
Amount of potential to add or subtract for 100% success: x = -3/26*[2ndToLastStepMaxPot] - 23/26*[EndPot]
Add x to whatever the potential was before, the potential that gave you this EndPot and 2ndToLastStepMaxPot value.
It isn't accurate in some cases, such as when going for a lower potential if the formula goes down to 1 potential before adding the negative(s), but it is still helpful. It gives us an idea of how high of potentials we would need for 100% success on some gamble stats and impossible stats.

    In addition...
    You have a formula: ele+13%, atk+X%, cdmg+13, crit+13
    Minimum Potential: 56
    Step 1: add cdmg+1 (53pot left)
    Step 2: add crit+1 (52pot left)
    Step 3: add hpRec-7%, dodge-7 (152pot left)
    Step 4: add ele+13%, atk+%, cdmg+13, crit+13
    *atk+7%=-67=28%
    *atk+6%=-55=46%
    *atk+5%=-43=64%
    *atk+4%=-31=83%
There is a formula with paired negatives that is better for atk+4%.
    Minimum Potential: 56
    add ele+10% (6 pot left)
add cdmg+1 and crit+1 (2 pot left) (doesn't need to be separate steps because the penalty is only -20%, so it is -4.8 potential which is just -4)
    add def-7% and mdef-7% (or hprec-7% and mprec-7) (119 pot left)
modify crit+1 to crit+13 in steps (107 pot left)
final step: add atk+X%, modify ele+10%->13%, modify cdmg+1->13
    atk+4% = (-40-15-36=91,*1.4=127 -> -20 final : 87% success, better)
    atk+5% = (-50-15-36=101,*1.4=141 -> -34 final : 56%, worse)
    atk+6% = (-60-15-36=111,*1.4=155 -> -48 final : 26%, worse)
