    115 at Lv75 cap. every 5 levels we get 6 Skill points so 121 is max for Lv80 cap.

    as @Argo said it increases AGI and unsheathe Attacks such as First attack,Evasion attacks,and certain skills

    At lv10, It increases AGI by 14, also increases damage (+25%) and speed animation of unsheathe attacks as well as evade attacks. No skill benefits from it.
    In short, you spend 10SP (plus whatever SP before it for 14AGI), other boosts it gives are mediocre at best.
